Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Hubora — the website at hubora.com and the Hubora application. Hubora is a workspace for collaborating with clients, partners, and vendors, and is currently offered in a private, invitation-only beta. By using Hubora you agree to these terms.
01 Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Hubora you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Hubora on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 The service
Hubora provides chat, documents, tasks, files, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and related collaboration tools organized into shared hubs. The service is provided for business use and is under active development during the beta, so features may change, be added, or be removed.
03 Eligibility and accounts
- Access is currently by invitation and intended for business use by people aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us promptly at alen.omerovic@hubora.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hubora to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or send spam, phishing, or other abusive content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
- scrape, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
05 Your content
You keep all rights to the content you and your collaborators put into Hubora. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, store, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you and the people you share a hub with. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.
06 Beta and availability
Hubora is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may be interrupted, change, or contain errors, and we recommend you do not yet rely on it as the sole store for production, regulated, or business-critical data. Keep your own backups of anything important.
07 Intellectual property
Hubora, including the platform, software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you.
08 Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
09 Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hubora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if needed to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the beta. Where reasonable, we will give you notice.
10 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubora is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use Hubora after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Hubora's operating company is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be sent to alen.omerovic@hubora.com.
